Mark and his crew showed up bright and early on the day scheduled. Prepared the yard for trimming of 4 trees (3 very large maples and a cherry). Made sure that all yard furniture, BBQ and other items were placed away from hazard. They removed all the dead branches, opened up the canopy and made sure the trimming was well balanced for the tree. The did a great cleanup job and put back everything exactly where they originally found it. Would I hire Riley's Tree Service again? In an instant! Good Work Mark and Crew.

There are some large Siberian elms on the fence line between me and my neighbour. They needed a significant trimming to clean up dead branches, and generally open up the canopy, as the trees had not been tended to for some years. Mark form Riley's gave me a prompt estimate, did great work, and was particularly masterful at managing my neighbour's concerns and expectations, as part of the overall day. I would use them again in a heartbea,t and recommend them unreservedly.

I contacted Mark for Riley's to trim our overgrown apple tree and had an estimate in my hands in two days. As it worked out, a large storm caused a lot of damage through the city that week, and he couldn't get to us for some time. However, Mark never let us feel forgotten, and when he and his team came to do the job, the results were great. The health of the tree was his priority and it will be with us for some time because of his trimming. This was the most trouble free contract we've had around the house. Thanks for everything, Mark!

We had a very large Silver Maple tree on our front lawn that was about 65 years old. The roots were damaging our sewer drain and it needed to be cut down. Mark gave us a quote a few months ago and it was significantly lower than the others. When we called Mark after getting approval from the city to remove the tree he and his team (Dave and Des) came the next day at 7am and completed cutting down the tree by early afternoon. His team was very skilled and maneuvered around lots of wires to reach the upper limbs. Mark was very helpful in providing stumps my wife needed for stools in her kindergarten class. The stump grinding took longer than expected, but Des stayed until 7pm take make sure it was completed so we start our landscaping with a level yard. All in all we can't say enough about how happy we were with the work performed, their diligence and professionalism. We have highly recommended them to our neighbors. Very reputable and professional company at a great price. Had them come to take down a maple tree leaning on my house. Provided the cheapest quote of 3 companies that quoted, provided a quote that they honored, no negotiating. Needed to access the tree from my neighbour's yard and we're very professional and courteous in dealing with him as well. Riley's Tree Service showed up today to cut limbs and branches from a huge poplar tree in our neighbours backyard. Huge limbs were constantly falling in our backyard and was causing damage not to mention being a danger. As the cherry picker would not fit in our backyard - all work was done by climbing the tree and carefully lowering the cut branches and limbs. Mark and his crew were totally professional, courteous, really fast and removed all cut pieces and cleaned up the backyard. I have no more dangerous limbs hanging over my backyard and house and I can finally see the sun - all for a fantastic price. I would recommend

I just moved to Brampton (Jul 17) and bought a 30+ year old house with a nice large old Maple in the back yard. Bought a hammock to place under it. I spoke to my neighbour the day after I moved in and she mentioned the tree and noted that she would like it if I could remove the branches that were on her shed. No problem I said.

Next day, she knocks on my door and says "we have a problem" your tree has fallen down...this was before the big storm which would have all the tree services in the GTA busy. My one half of the tree was on my neighbours shed (no damage, thank goodness) and the other half was still standing though I was later told it was ready to give and fall onto Williams Parkway!

I called Riley's that evening, Mark called the next day to come out and give me a quote. He was fast, thorough and super friendly and gave me the quote. I agreed with the price (I though I was going to pay a lot more than I did) and his team was out an hour and a half later. Mark had been busy all more running around Brampton because of the night's prior storm.

His team came out and took down my poor maple and had to deal with at bee's nest too. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up the tree debris.
