Canadian Tire - Edmonton

There are inexpierienced people in Hardware and Paint. Management changes frequently and is very rude with handling returns and defective merchandise. Service a few years ago was much better. This is a franchise store and the dealings with the owner have been very unpleasant.

AWFUL service. The gardening department had one person that was knowledgeable and three or four customers waiting to speak with them. When going to pay for the items, they conveniently closed the till so I had to go all the way around to the front with my items. THe drive through pick up option for soil was the only thing that saved this review and very convenient. The selection however for plants - not so great.

I went to canadian tire for my new bathroom shelves and mirror and the sales rep was right there asking if i needed help and assisted me i tookthem home they were easy to assemble and my bathroom looks great

Installed garage cupboards with drawers and countertop. Very reasonably priced and easy installation. Very helpful with all required parts for the installation. Very sturdy and have held up very good; Would recommend Canadian Tire to anyone to buy products.

I was used to the outstanding service from the new Canadian Tire that was down the block from my Ontario home. The service I got from 178 st location no wonder felt crappy to me. The girl did not put much effort helping me and trying to figure out my needs for my auto or gardening services. Even for a bug spray I had to approach them a few times as the cusomer service person did not respond and when came was very inexperienced to help me out.

The points are really good, you earn so fast and can use it right away too, the staffs are very knowledgeable with this service, they will aslo make sure you will not miss the opportunity of earning points and the benefit of Canadian Tire Mastercard

not much to say bout canadian tire that nobody knows they got everything you need there more than helpful to help find anything you need and they are reasonably priced

I have purchased trees and shrubs from Canadian Tire numerous times. They have a good selection of hardy, healthy plants and trees. The employees are able to answer all my questions about plant care etc. I would highly recommend this retailer to others.

when I asked questions about the BBQ the staff member was informative.

they also remined me to purchase propane before leaving the store.

Bought for home set of tools. very reasonable priced and comes with a good warranty. Also bought metric set and am happy with them too. Comes with holder for wrenches
