Been around a year since new roof was installed. Lewis was responsive. Price was mid-range compared to competitors. Process was different than what I have heard where there was about a week's time in between the delivery of the shingles and the installation (so the shingles sat on my roof). Day of installation went smoothly - team was professional and courteous. Clean-up was done quite thoroughly. There was also a couple of days time between installation and removal of the dumpster from my driveway. Not sure if the separation of the 3 stages are normal, but overall pleased with the outcome. Not a roofing expert, but from my layman's eyes the work still looks good after a year!

Hello and thank you for the kind words and yes this is pretty normal and outlined in the FAQ. All depends on the time of year also in May-June or Sept-Oct you will usually wait 5-10 days after the shingles are delivered to the roof in the slower months usually 2-4 days as for the bin yeah it takes a certain licence driver to carry these light weight aluminum bins so it usually is gone the next morning. In any event the roof is done and we do have your back for the next 15 years !!
