My wife and I were very pleased with this company. They were helpful in selecting the hardwood for our home and in all aspects of their service, from the sales team to the installers, they demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. On completion of their work, we were very pleased with our beautiful new hardwood floors which fit in with the rest of our house perfectly.
The floor installation team was very proficient - in and out in one day. Most important, the team sales team representative advised on preparing for the installation and even working with us on dismantling heavy furniture before the installation team arrived. Special care was taken to explain the features of the hardwood and how to maintain the beauty of our new flooring. They cleaned the new floors and made sure we were satisfied with all aspects of their service.
