The team showed up when scheduled and our roofs were completed within the quoted time. All of the workers were respectful and pleasant. Cleanup was done as the work progressed and the site was clean and tidy when the work was completed.

Cinzia, the owner of Collective Roofing, redid my condo in downtown Toronto for resale. Cinzia made everything smooth and stress free and took my budget very seriously. She did a beautiful, full bathroom renovation, new floors throughout, full re-paint, added a dishwasher, and managed a thorough "sprucing up" (patched walls, fixed water damage from years of tenants). The result is incredible, the details precise, and the unit looks contemporary and stylish. I recommend her wholeheartedly and will definitely hire her again. She is communicative, trustworthy, and fast. But most importantly she takes enormous personal pride in her work, which shows in the results.

I needed shingle roofs replaced at two retirement facilities. One in Brampton & one in Brantford. Speed, cleanliness & relative quietness was needed to get in & get out because retired people live under the roofs needing replacement. The projects were started & completed on time & with no complaints from the residents inside. The new roofs look great & no leaks after some heavy downpours. Very happy with the services provided.
