We had a flood into our basement after a heavy rain and it remained unnoticed for 3 days. We had a technician out within half a day who found a blocked drainage pipe and a drain covered by ceramic tiles. The following day a repeat visit took care of the necessary planning. An excellent crew arrived to deal with the drain and our sump pump over the next 2 work days. Everyone was highly knowledgeable, responded well to our concerns and completed the work in a first class manner. The work areas were left clean . The office staff were also very helpful and dealt well with the insurance requirements. I have only the highest recommendation to give Rooter-Man.
