Terrible! This moving company moved me and my girlfriend from New Brunswick to Ontario. They called at the last minute to change our pick up to the next day. Agreeing they added insult to injury by adding about five additional charges for THREE stairs, a drive way and other bogus things. THEN they lost one of our boxes! Trying to get it back was a trial eventually I submitted a claim and NEVER heard back from then. Will never use Troy ever again.
