Alto Glass

I hired Alto to rehang a glass shower door that was scraping the floor. They happily came over, did the work, and told me that their work was guaranteed for six months. Two months later the door was sagging again, this time worse than before, making it impossible to open the door outward at all. I called the company and was told that they don't actually guarantee doors that they didn't install originally. The person who told me that the work was guaranteed was wrong. They were unapologetic and seemed unconcerned.

So now I've paid for them to make things worse and they won't take responsibility for their mistakes.
