Distinct Home Inspections

Marco came to do an inspection on our new house.
The house is a bit older and on a septic tank and oil, which we knew nothing about.
Marco took the time to explain many things to us and did such a great job of covering all the details patiently.
we have happily purchased the home, knowing that know what needs to be done!

We would certainly use Lighthouse Inspections again, and would ask for Marco!

Completely agree with all the other reviews here - Marco is patient, professional and very thorough. Not only we discussed the current house condition, but also maintenance and future home improvement items. The binder that was presented consisted of multiple illustrations as well as maintenance and repair estimates. Would highly recommend and hire for a home inspection again!
