It pains me to write this review because I have been using this company for years but when I am ignored and my emails go unanswered, I'm left with little choice. I recently had quality glass install a shower panel and door. there was only one problem, they had not installed the acrylic water strip, which blocks water from streaming out between the door and fixed panel. I was informed by the company, that if I wanted that, it would cost me an additional $95. this is a very bad way to do business, I will have all of my supply and install projects done by another contractor.

Master was really accurate and professional, it seems like he does his work for a long time. All my wishes was friendly taken into account and at the same time he corrected them in a professional way, therefore I've got the great result! thank you so much

I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship and install. The work was completed on time and I was kept updated throughout the entire process. My new shower looks great!

We hired Quality Glass Showers Inc. to install a glass shower enclosure for our master bathroom back in October 2019. The finish product was perfect as we recently renovated the bathroom and needed a custom sized shower enclosure. We went to other home improvement places but none of them we liked or would fit our design/size of the shower. Quality Glass Showers Inc. was professional from start to finish. Answered any questions or concerns we had. The process of choosing the hardware finish was seamless as they had an iPad to show up different designs/finishes. Top quality work and attention to detail. I am very particular and inspected everything down to every corner and even how the silicon was applied and smoothed out. Overall the experience was great! I would highly recommend them! Our washroom enclosure looks beautiful and clean. We have since also hired them again to do a custom sized mirror for our vanity as well!

Quality Glass Showers installed glass shower enclosures for 2 separate projects. They were professional and took 2 weeks from the date of the quote to the day they installed. Other companies were suggesting a timeline of 3 weeks to a month. Their price was reasonable and the install was meticulous. I would use them again.
