It is very rare to find a company in the home service business that actually fills you with confidence when dealing with them....Costa Caulking is just such a firm. From the initial contact with Dave - his professional visit to our home, assessment, advice and quote, to he and I kidding back and forth about pricing, to deal finalization, all the way to the professional way scheduling is handled, the firm is top drawer all the way. And thats before the crew ever even arrives on site. Peter is an absolute pleasure to have work on one's property, treating it like his very own, keeping it neat and tidy, and making recommendations to improve the finished product that I hadn't considered and would have been disappointed about later on. Roy, his parter and assistant is equally amiable and careful in how he goes about tending to the work at hand. I cannot say enough about the quality of work and the way in which this team does their work, communicates with the customer at all times, checks in for ongoing satisfaction, and does everything in their power to ensure the outcome exceeds the customer's expectations.
