TQ Construction

It is our second time that we use TQ construction services. We highly recommend them. TQ stands for Top Quality and they are very professional. They listen carefully to your needs, as well as giving useful tips.

TQ Construction did a fantastic job with our kitchen renovation. Even though we didn’t have plans for major changes to the layout of our kitchen, Tifany (their designer) had some very simple, low cost ideas that greatly improved the functionality of our kitchen. In particular, the oversized island she suggested works very well for our family of 5 as it allows several of us to all pitch in with the cooking at once. We love it!
The team put in lots of work planning up front and as a result, the timeline and budget estimates were very accurate. We were lucky with no unforeseen problems so in fact our project came in under budget - a nice surprise compared with some of the reno horror stories I have heard. Throughout the project, communication with Henri, the project foreman was great, and the workers were very tidy. I would highly recommend the TQ crew!

They were very professional and gave us many options. As we get further into the project they have been great at problem solving. Although the project we originally wanted was way over our budget they came back with a alternative plan we like. They have offered many solutions in materials and finishes to allow us to come in on budget. We feel comfortable with this company especially the owner Ralph.

These guys were pretty helpful and managed to accommodate all my needs. We now have a fully functional basement that doubles as a guest suite. I would easily recommend this company.

We had our entire backyard renovated. The timeline was strict with a baby due. TQ transformed our disaster backyard to our dream deck and landscaped water feature. Their process was clear and they met all the deadlines. We highly recommend them.

Ralph Belisle the owner of TQ spent sveral weeks before the work was started on drawings and enduring that we and he were absolutely clear about what we wanted. TQ then gave us a very detialed quote for the work to be performed. The work commneced and completed in time and at the end we were only 5% over budget. We were delighted with the work that was done and has given us years of pleasure since.

TQ did an upper story addition for us about a year ago and the reason we wouldn't rate them higher was the lack of follow through on design and general value for money. The individuall contractors and on site supervisor was excellent (Pete).
