I worked in HVAC for a few years as an apprentice so I know the industry a little bit. The guys I talked to here are straight shooters and arent looking to sell you everything in the warehouse when they meet you. I asked my guy Kal if I should change out the air while I was doing my furnace and humidifier last month and he said that I would not see a good return on investment seeing as my old unit is still 13 SEER. We did some quick math and found that I would take almost 12 years to get my money back with a nwe 15 SEER. By then I would need a NEW UNIT AGAIN. Very nice, I would have switched it out unless he brought that up. I thought high efficiency meant I would be saving more quickly than that. Classy move, now they have a customer for life and I have already referred family to Kal. Happy to review you guys too.

- If you have ANY type of unique remodelling and or custom reno in place these guys are extremely thorough in finding the right heat/cool solution.
