Chris is absolutely sensational - I called 10 companies in the biggest ice storm toronto has seen in decades and the only company that came through for us was Chris - we were away on vacation and Chris over the phone explained what needed to be done so my dad could get into the garage to turn off our basement water to avoid a possible flood - Chris' brother got to our house within 2 hours and in 15 minutes opened the garage, replaced the lock and completed thr job - May sounds simple but every other company wanted to crow bar open and destroy the door and Chris did I for a fair price, damaged nothing and showed up during a major power outage and saved the day for my family - I would refer him over and over again if u want to work with a guy who really does care

After reading reviews from Homestar I decided to give Easy Access a call. Chris and I exchanged phone calls and emails to established a quote on what I may need. He then came over for an estimate. The job was done quickly and properly. There was no mess left behind. He kept to the same product and at the same quote as promised. I am happy with the job and will call on him again if needed.

After attempting to fix my own garage door handle myself, I managed to lock myself out of my garage (go ahead - laugh it up). After reading all the reviews here, I called Chris, who was able to be here in less than two hours. He got me back into my garage, corrected my previous 'repair', and offered some helpful advice about how to address future issues with the garage. Had a snowstorm yesterday and my garage door wont open. Out of the 8 companies I called, only Cris responded the following day of Sunday and even came the same day to fix my garage door. Very reliable considering that it is a bad weather and still managed to come as promised. Highly satisfied with the work done. Pricing is reasonable and doesn't charge extra for working on weekends. Highly recommended.

I called Chris on Friday and he immediately called me back and was helpful with information and we agreed that he would come to my house Saturday. He called ahead to give me a time of arrival, came, did the job like he said, I paid him the amount discussed and he left. Easy and professional and accommodating. I just wish some of the big utilities were like Chris.

We obtained quotes for the garage door from 5 different companies; we found the information that Chris gave us very honest and very helpful (told us about different products available on the market and how they compare whereas the rest of the companies just tried to sell us their one product). We exchanged a number of e-mails and phone calls to have questions answered before deciding to choose them and Chris was always prompt and nice.
We installed the door in the existing frame and this required low headroom tracking; a couple of the other companies we obtained quotes from described semi-apocalyptic scenarios about having this done, having to remove the entire storage area above the garage door, etc. and seemed not to be sure how this can be done. When Chris came to give us a quote he seemed to know exactly what he was doing, and the installation was without any incident.
Chris and Andrew did the installation at the date and time that we agreed upon and it was a pleasure to have them in our house. They did not have the hardware we wanted on the installation date, offered to install a more expensive one that day at no extra charge and, since we preferred the one we had chosen initially, Chris came specially 2 days later and installed it. Everything was left clean at the end. The door functions very quietly and we are very pleased with it.
Overall a most pleasant experience, we will recommend them to all our friends.

We contacted Easy Access Garage Doors based on recommendations from family members who have used them in the past. Chris is professional, courteous and provides honest and fair pricing. They completed the installation in a neat and timely fashion and went through to explain everything carefully. Chris even offered to come back in the spring to re-caulk given the cold weather now, and if we wanted, change the capping to one with hidden screws as quoted. In addition, he was willing to come back to help us with programming the garage door onto my car. Exceptional service, honest and reliable. Would highly recommend to others and use them again in the future.
