The reason I decided to use Easy Access was that Chris was honest and up-front on the phone. He tried to diagnose the problem with me on the phone and even gave me a quote based on what he thought the problem was. I never felt like he was going to try to up-sell me on extras that I didn't need. They showed up on time, did the work quickly and professionally and the price was what was quoted on the phone. Great company!

Easy Access is very reasonable and the service is A+. One of the garage door torsion springs busted and we were unable to properly use our garage. While most repair shops I called had an answering service on the weekend, Chris personally answered our call and was able to accommodate a weekend repair. He was courteous, efficient and was able to replace the torsion spring same day and provide a 5 year warranty. I would highly recommend their services to friends and family.

Had problems with my old opener. Contacted Chris and he was able to come out and check it (for free) and then install a replacement opener very quickly.

My old garage door opener was not working so I called Chris, who had recently did a great job on putting in new doors. He came over the next day for an estimate and replaced the old opener with a new one on the following day. All this was done through phone calls and texts, without us even being home during the day. The work was done well and the quality of the product is also good. Will call again if necessary.
