Avi, owner of Delta Classic Homes, has a great interlocking crew working for him. Costa and his men laid the interlocking brick driveway, walkway & patio for us in about 1 week. The job was done quickly & efficiently, taking great care to please us. I would gladly recommend them. An absolutely amazing job, we are so pleased.

We had a flagstone walkway which was over 50 years old. The surrounding trees had grown and pushed the stones up and cracked many of them making it unsightly and unsafe.

I consulted with several companies and chose Delta Classic Homes to replace the walkway. My choice was based on the positive interaction I had with the owner, Avi, his good advice, and my feeling that he was trustworthy and honorable and would do a good job for me.

We are delighted with the outcome. It enhances the appearance of our home and will last for years. The crew completed the job in three days. It was clear that they were experts in their trade. They consulted with me and explained every step and answered all of my questions. When they were done, they did a complete cleanup before leaving.

Based upon this experience, I know that I will call Avi and Delta Classic Homes next time I need work done and I recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing similar work done.

Avi's team did a fantastic job on our front porch! We had our front porch renovated this summer which included the removal of an old wrought iron railing and four 4x4 wooden posts. This was followed by the installation of beautiful banas stone on the porch floor and steps, and the installation of four 6x6 fibreglass columns with cap. We can't say enough about the team that transformed our tired front entrance to our home, making it a beautiful and welcoming space. They were meticulous and highly skilled and we would recommend them to anyone that wanted to have this kind of work done. Thanks Avi and team!

Avi coordinated all the workers and made sure that all facets of the construction were done properly - we had a large patio done and the steps removed and resurfaced with stone. Bushes and posts were also removed and curbing was placed around the exterior of the garden - everything was sealed with polymer sand. We waited until now to give this review to see if everything held up and had settled properly. At this point we are very pleased with the results - the back yard looks great as do the steps. Throughout the process Avi always made sure thing were being done properly and if any thing needed to be done or improved he made sure it happened. I would recommend Delta for anyone needing exterior work.

My driveway 's brick were broken mostly,. I asked some company to install new stone but was not satisfy because of my heating cable underground. Delta resolved the problem for me. The drive replacement is high quolity, reasonable price, quick speed, nice services. I would like recmand this company.

Avi spent considerable time with my husband and I, without pressure, to plan the reconstruction of our front walk. Once the work commenced, we were very pleased with the diligence that the two men applied to this job. Even our neighbours complimented their workmanship. The final result was slightly different than planned as these fellows worked creatively with the landscape to produce a new and improved entrance to our home. We are very pleased with the outcome.

In today's market you very seldom find a contractor you can trust especially when you hear all the sad stories from people.
But we were lucky to meet Avi. From the beginning he was open and honest with us, demonstrated his knowledge of products and gave us input for the work to be done. The team which came to replace our front steps and walkway led by Joshua was punctual and
organized. Carmelo brought a high level of craftsmanship to the job and his knowledge of using the stones provided a beautiful finish. His careful attention to detail completely changed the outlook of our home and we are very happy about it.
Avi was instrumental in making sure that our wishes were carefully met and he came to the site several times to check on the work and to give his input to the team .He is a pleasure to deal with and most of all a very honest person which you can trust.
