Rowan Hardwood Floors

Very helpful from beginning to end. Appreciated advice, knowledge and help deciding on product and colour. Estimator was pleasant and professional. Installation was on time and did a great job. Would definitely go to them again for next project.

Rowan was recommended to me through our contractor who completed our bathroom renovations. Sherman renovations. From the time I stepped through the front doors of Rowans to the time our staircase was completed the service was great. I had contact with various staff, all who provided clear timely communication and it was evident that they communicated amongst themselves on my project. We were provided with suggestions and all questions were answered. We were made to feel that we mattered to them as their customer. All the trades workers that worked at our home were on time, polite and would answer any questions we had. They also always cleaned up before they left. The finished product was a beautiful new staircase for our enjoyment and added value to our home.

Based on a previous installation of our upstairs kitchen floor we decided to have our downstairs floor and bathroom done too. Another excellent job in every way.

Rowan recently installed carpet in our upstairs of our home that we absolutely LOVE. We found the Staff and Installers at Rowan knowledgeable, professional and polite. The fact they have been in business 40 + years meant a great deal to us.
We will be going back in the near future for hardwood flooring for the rest of our house.

I am very pleased with my recent flooring and stair installation by Rowan Hardwood. It must have been a very difficult thing to schedule as there were so many different things to complete but everything went well and finished on time. I still cant believe how well the stairs matched the flooring which I know is very difficult to do. Would definitely recommend Rowan Hardwood!

We had Rowan install flooring in our family room and bedroom. They were very professional and respectful when doing the work. We asked for certain items to be installed a certain way and they didnt have any issues with us asking. The finished product looks just as we had imagined. I would recommend this company to any looking to install hardwood flooring or vinyl flooring. They are the best!

We purchased hardwood flooring and had our staircase capped with new spindles installed. As there are a multitude of flooring options/colours, be prepared to be initially overwhelmed. Angie, however, was very helpful and patient as she guided us through to our final flooring choice and was very responsive to our calls & emails. Rowan did an excellent job installing/capping the stairs, installing new spindles, staining the handrail to match the new floor and installing the hardwood. Installations were completed per the agreed upon timelines and were all quality installations. Overall, we had a very positive experience and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.
