Hi Annette,

Our company did try to contact you yesterday and left a message, there is a travel charge for out of town calls but it starts with homes as far out as Gregoire Lake Estates and farther. It was a over site by our company and you should have never been charged travel time for Saprae Creek. Your account has been refunded for the travel fee.

We perform many of our services in Saprae Creek and stand behind our work. We hope that you will use our services again in the future.

Part 1:
I expected the technicians to come at noon. They called they'd be late. They were very friendly, and very professional. They went beyond what I expected them to do. Thank you Mut McKinnon!!

Part 2:
I live 9 kms outside city limits. I live approximately 15 kms from their office. Because I live outside city limits, I was expected to pay an extra **$180.00** truck fee. That is absolutely outrageous!!!!
It takes longer for a truck to leave their office and go across town than it does to come to my house!!!
For this reason, I will not use their services again; and neither will my neighbors!
Beware of extra fees residents of Saprae Creek!!
