Royas Carpet Cleaning Vancouver No Longer In Business

Had a number of rooms cleaned and the carpets came out very nice. Some tough stains were removed and the job was quick. The carpets did take some time to dry afterwards.

I spilled red wine on my swede sofa, and they did a great job.
My sofa looks brand new again and I am very happy with their service.
The owner Kia is very polite, nice and professional. I definitely recommend Roya's carpet cleaning to others.

They were late, no call, the office didn't seem to know what was going on. Sears clean my $10,000 rug on my oily garage door with out me know, my whole house smelt of wet dog for weeks. Every other carpet cleaning company Ive had takes the the area rug away for a week. NOT HAPPY!!!

Made an appointment, they called half hour before arriving. They were respectful of my home, explained cost. Moved furniture as necessary and then replaced putting pieces of sheet plastic underneath. Was very happy with the service they provided.

We share our home with 3 dogs, they do a great job of cleaning carpets. They arrive at the door on time with a smile and wear booties throughout our home. We have used them several times.Great job guys!

The owner (I think he's the owner) and his partner did a great job. Their service and attitude were great. The owner really worked hard to clean the carpet and extract out the water as best he could. By the time he left, he was completely soaked in sweat! I had to give them a big tip. I called him up a few days later about the carpet, and he patiently and meticulously answered my questions. Some people take your money and forget who you are, not him!

Kia and his assistant exceeded my expectations in both quality and price. I couldn't be happier with the work they performed and wouldn't hesitate to book them again. They're busy for good reason and worth the wait!

They were incredible.... I was putting my place up for rent and needed major carpet cleaning. Renters had one look and thought we put new carpets in. Kianosh did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets in the two rooms that I needed done for moving out of my place, and was also very great at accommodating me on such short notice! I think his prices are very acceptable and affordable. I got quotes from a few other companies that wanted to charge me double for what I needed. I would definitely recommend his services!
