Attic - Skylight Insulation / Venting
I had just completed my Energy audit and one of the recommendation was to increase the attic insulation. Came across Great Northern referral through another site- Redflag Deals.

Contacted Peter Brenner the sales consultant from GNI came over and went over the entire process. He explained to me the importance of increasing the venting channels, air sealing the exhaust fans. A true professional, took the time to make me understand each and every part of the process..
The price was very competitive compared to Direct Energy, Enwise & Insta - Insulation.
Peter mentioned that there was a 5 week lead time which was understandable.
Two days before the actual date I got a call from Ingo Sparringa who was the Branch Manager. He scheduled the time with me and before he hung up, gave me some advice. He said it would be better in the long run if I would spray foam the skylight instead of batt insulation. It would make the entire skylight air tight and would be able to reduce air leakage. Another A1 Professional.
True to their word, their installers showed up right on time, as expected. The guys were great, very friendly, courteous and cleaned everything up after themselves once they were done.
We're very happy with the results and will definitely use them again in the future.
