I had my back door replaced and a screen door installed. The installers went above and beyond for us, helping us remove the old blinds, installing a door stopper and helping with the smart lock system.
They did a good job of the clean up . I am very satisfied with the company and all the people
I came into contact with were courteous and professional. I am pleased with the new door and when I need more work to be done, this is the company I will be contacting.

We can’t begin to express how impressive Western Windows is from their sales rep Terry to their professional installation. The installers arrived on time and worked in harmony paying attention to even the smallest details. They were approachable during the whole process and were able to answer any questions or concerns that arose. You get what you pay for and this is true of Western Windows! We couldn’t be happier!

We recently had a new front door and storm door installed by Dane and Darren from Western Windows. They arrived on time, were very friendly, and took the time to explain how the job would proceed. They did a fabulous job installing our new doors and everything looks great! They did a thorough clean up of the work area and our old doors. When everything was completed, they had us inspect their work. Only then did they present us with the bill, which was exactly the amount we had been quoted.
I also have to give an honorable mention to Terry our sales rep who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all the options we had and recommended the door we ended up purchasing.

I have an older home. The windows are original, from the 1980's and it is time to replace them. Had two windows done and will have the rest of the house done.

I had Western Windows do my house over a few years time as I have a lot of large windows and all of the times they were in my home the service was exceptional. They are friendly, precise and professional.

Very impressed with this company, right from the consultation , the measurement and the installation of the windows.
The installers were professional and quite knowledgeable of the product they were installing.
The product itself is really good build and no doubt this will last the rest of my lifetime .

I had an old door with a lot of character and they found me a similar one, I had 12 window replaced in 2012 and they were fantastic, they sent 2 crews so i wouldn't be inconvenienced and had the work done when they said it would be done. Jeremy and Kevin are very personable and always made me feel like i was listened to and all of my questions and concerned were dealt with. They make you feel like family. The crew that did my door was fantastic, i offered to help with the clean up by they wouldn't hear of it and it was as if they had never been there. I can't say enough about this company and will continue to use them whenever i need anything

Excellent service - the guy who gave us the quote was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were a few dollars more than a similar quote we got but they seemed so much more knowledgeable and trustworthy. The installation happened when promised with no issues. We're really happy with the quality of our windows and would definitely use this company again. Even the front office staff was extremely friendly when they sent their invoice to us and accepted payment. We've used two other ompanies in the past and were dissatisfied with both of them, in spite of them providing a good quality product, so we decided to try Western Windows this time . We are so thankful we did. The service, the promptness and the follow up from start to finish was radically better than the previous companies we've used.

Work and pricing for windows were excellent. Crew and Kevin were professional in their work and estimates and done on schedule. We saw their work with neighbour's windows and were impressed.

We are a multiple repeat customer and now Western Windows has replaced all the windows and exterior doors. The quality of their products is very good but the difference is the workers. They hire full time rather than contractors. Companies in construction and renovation that manage to keep employees for years and even decades, are clearly doing something right. That translates into quality workmanship and professional conduct in your home.
