Keith and his crew have been fantastic.
When I first was looking for quotes, I found Keith actually knew what he was selling me. When I had questions about the cost of the quote, he came back to go over and explain why he chose the materials and how they would benefit us long-term. He wanted us to be 100% satisfied with what he proposing and while he was the highest cost quoted, we knew we were paying for quality.
The crew are really nice and seem happy to be working together.
I would absolutely hire Keith again.

We were so happy with the work done done by these guys. We got a new deck, stone patio, trellis and fence. The work was done in a week and they worked long hours. Everything was cleaned up each night. Very professional and stayed within our budget. Would highly recommend them!

We have used Keith and Newfoundlandscape several times over the past few years and we couldn't be more pleased. Their work is outstanding, and their work ethic is even better. They come to the job when they say they will, they complete the work when they say they will, they kept to the budget, and consulted quickly whenever an unexpected decision had to be made. The worksite was kept clean and all equipment stowed away at the end of each workday.

You could say it was all started by a Spruce Budworm ( probably more than one ). We had some dead and dying trees that were both unsafe and in need of removal. Matt of NEWFOUND LANDSCAPE , a neighbour, had a Company truck in his driveway. That was ten years ago or so, and the first job.

Since that time a Family type of relationship has formed. Keith and his crew have done work of their own design, have nursed along substandard work by another contractor, until we could afford the necessary replacement of the deficiencies. They worked in conjunction with another contractor who installed an in ground sprinkler system, while they redesigned gardens, and replaced the sod on the lawn.
This grew from the demise of three Maple Trees previously damaged in an ice storm. At this time an interlock sidewalk was added to the driveway

The latest job involves replacing the back yard steps ( remediating deficiencies from a previous contractor ) Removal of a failing fence, lifting the patio pavers, digging footings ( for the fence posts .,the back stairs and for the backyard deck ) Regrading and resetting some of the pavers to finish off the Patio Area.
The deck itself ( which is a new feature to the yard ) Is finished in composite as are the new steps. The fence is a maintenance free product also with composite.

We had an approximate start date, which actually moved up almost a week. His workers were onsite early and ready to go. Things ( materials, tools and equipment ) were left in a safe and orderly condition at the end of the day.

In the past we have recommended NEWFOUNDLANDSCAPE to friends and neighbours.

We have just had Keith and his crew redo our front and side steps and our front walkway and are so pleased with the results. (Along the way they also did a great fence and deck repair that we needed as well).
Keith visited us over the winter, worked on a plan to reflect what we wanted, gave ideas , advice, showed samples and pictures of the products explaining the reasons behind his choices for our project.
He then provided a completely detailed estimate including all measurements and all supplies that we needed. We then had him over to discuss the plans and the estimate. We were pleased with his assessment of our needs and we were impressed with his ideas and creativity. it was obvious that he enjoyed his work. He promised he would take care of everything including phone calls to gas, cable etc for flagging. We are delighted to say that he did all that was promised and a little more!. He and his crew arrived on the date we agreed upon. He had estimated that the job would take 5 days unless we had torrential rains. We didn’t and the job was completed on schedule. He and his crew arrived early and didn’t leave until that planned day’s work was completed. Most of the days were long and hot ones for them. They were always pleasant and helpful and answered any questions that came up. Each evening they cleaned and swept the area around the work zone. I can happily add that there were no “hidden” costs. They really do provide a complete and professional outdoor landscape service. We have no hesitation in recommending Newfoundlandscape

We can't say enough positive things about Keith and his crew. Our backyard looks like it came out of a magazine. Not only was the final product amazing, the communication and professionalism provided throughout the entire project was phenomenal. Keith and his crew did an awesome job on our stone deck. They were punctual and polite and when they left there was no work for me to do in cleaning up. The crew only worked on my job until it was done and not several jobs at the same time. They are artists with stone. I told Keith what I wanted and he came up with a plan that was great and incorporated all I asked for. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to anyone. There is not a day that goes by that we don't enjoy our deck.

Top notch crew and such a pleasure to see them working like a well oiled machine. Very detailed and immaculate clean up after the job was done. Keith had great ideas and was very good at coaching us through initial design and product selections. Everyone was very accommodating to our detailed needs.
All our neighbors love the finished product and we are extremely pleased with the work completed by Keith and his team.

I found Newfoundlandscape on HomeStars and called Keith immediately after reading the rave reviews here which, I can tell you now, are all true. I would be repeating everything else you've read here already if I was go in depth.

Bottom line: Top notch design and implementation, beautiful result, jealous neighbours - not only of the result itself, but also of watching this efficient professional team get the job done so fast! They cleaned up everything and left the scene immaculate.

While they were here, I discovered Keith's passion and expertise as an arborist and I happily jumped on the opportunity to have him trim 3 huge trees to perfection at a much more reasonable cost than any quotes I had previously gotten for the same work.

We hired Keith to install a new front patio and landscape the front lawn. What an unbelievable job! The front of the house is just beautiful and we have received nothing but compliments.
