The leakage into our rooms, after that horrific Sunday flooding, was very unnerving for my special needs daughter and I; just one more thing my husband would've normally handled (who passed this past year). I am so thankful my eldest daughter called Northwood the following day who said no one would be able to come out in the evening, however, Jessie was able to make it much earlier. He was very kind, supportive, and helpful; he took pictures and explained what had to be done immediately to curb the leaking which was minimal. I told him I was all set to replace the roof, granted it would have to be on my line-of-credit, but Jessie assured me we could wait another couple of years; what a relief.
