Light removed, Lights put up,Chandeliers assembled, Thermostat wiring

After flipping several homes and going through my fair share of construction workers, NEIL has really stood out. He is by FAR the best Electrician I/My partner have ever encountered. Very professional, very knowledgeable and very friendly! I happy to say my search for the best Electrician is finally over. Thank you Neil and well done.

Installation of Light Fixtures (2)

After having 2 other electricians in to do the work, Neil came and with no fuss or muss or excuses, got the job done in and at a very fair price. I would recommend him to anyone.

Lighting installation

As with all the other reviewers, I was very happy with Neil's work and prices. He also found an unsafe wiring job (done by a previous contractor) and corrected it!

troubleshooting electrical problems

I had a circuit that was no longer working and affected different areas of the house. Neil from Nu-Phase was very thorough in diagnosing the problem. He ended up having to deal with many challenges caused by the old wiring and the even older house. He was excellent at problem-solving, definitely know his stuff when it come to electrical work, and was able to get the problem resolved in one afternoon. He worked really hard and his rate was very reasonable at the end of the job.

Basement Electrical Work

Neil from Nu-phase is great. He was polite and went through all the things I wanted done and provided me with a quote. He completed everything right away and made sure I was happy before he left. He even went a step further and corrected some mistakes he found while doing the work I had asked for.

fixed electric outlets that stopped working all the sudden

Neil was very professional and a pleasure to work with. While he was working on the agreed upon task, he found a better and less expensive way to fix the same problem, which he told me about and then went for. He did a great job and I would definitely recommend him

Troubleshooting and wiring for 1 bathroom & kitchen

Neil was such a pleasure to deal with. He's upfront and honest. Although difficult to do, he tried his best to estimate over the phone what I explained needed to be done as our budget was tight. Of course I underestimated it not knowingly, but he was patient and didn't leave me in a lurch even though it took almost twice the time as expected. He troubleshooted our mess of wires hanging around since we didn't label anything before we disconnected things. He explained everything I wanted to know and was very knowledgeable and practical about homeowner safety as well. He didn't leave anything out. He was very reasonable and competitive with pricing which was exactly what we needed. Oh and he came the very next day after we called. Excellent service overall. I highly recommend him and would call him again anytime!

Thank you so very much for your kind words and the business!
Transparency is extremely important in business - especially in a situation where your safety is an issue. Electrical work is no joke! Sometimes people find themselves in a situation where their electrical is a mess and since they have no idea whats wrong or what it will take to fix it - people find themselves in a vulnerable state because the problem (and solution) is a mystery! We are committed to providing as much information as possible during the troubleshooting/repair/installation process so that our customers know what the problem is, what needs to be done, and how long it will take. Our pricing is extremely reasonable and I am always willing to work with my clients to get the work done for the best price. Good luck and thanks again!

Electrical troubleshooting

The previous night a basement light would not turn off. The next day I had done some research and made a list of Electricians to contact. A couple of the places I had contacted were either closed for the weekend or a receptionist would relay the mssg to an Electrician ( which I didn't here from the other's for 1wk).

When I spoke with Neil he was more than willing to take on the job and arrived shortly after, despite being mid afternoon by the time I was in contact with him. Neil was able to troubleshoot and repair the problem promptly while explanning the process he conducted.

At the onset I was skeptical of calling an Electrician on short notice. After having dealt with Neil I can say I am electrically secure now, and have no doubts about who I will call in the future.

Thanks Neil
