We contacted Neil regarding the installation of pot lights in a basement room. He came by and gave us a quote which we felt was quite reasonable and arrived promptly the following week to do the install. A very pleasant man who is a pleasure to have working in your home. We had one small issue which he came back to rectify in a timely fashion. I would recommend Neil without hesitation!

Neil was very helpful in giving us a reasonable and accurate estimate on retrofitting a series of ceiling mounted pot lights into the basement suite of our craftsman bungalow. The quality of work was excellent and completed in a timely fashion and the work was done with courtesy and in such a way as to minimize any disruption to the tenants. Neil provided very friendly and knowledgeable service for upgrading household electrical service to house and garage. His quote was significantly less than another company's quote, and the job was done within budget. There were some unforeseen complicating factors which he dealt with very well. We were kept informed as to his progress. He was always punctual with times. When the job was finished he checked back to make sure all was well. I would certainly request Neil for future jobs.

Nu-Phase offers competitive price for the quality workmanship, the electrician always on time and meet deadlines. If i buy another house again i would absolutely rehire Nu-Phase again and would strongly recommended Nu-Phase to anyone.

Nu-Phase installed new sub-panel, rewired the kitchen, installed all light fixtures, wired up bathroom exhaust fans, and installed built-in oven and microwave.
