We had a sudden power surge at our house and didn't have any power. We found Neil through Homestars and noticed his high ratings so contacted him to look into the problem at our house. He was at our house within a few hours and conducted a thorough investigation as to what had happened and needs to be fixed. As it turns out, it was a power surge through our power line and BC Hydro needed to come replace the part. We appreciated Neil's promptness, thoroughness and how courteous he was to deal with.
