I recently hired Neil to re-wire 2 bathrooms in my house. He gave a free, no-obligation quote, which I appreciated, and we agreed to the scope in writing before the work started. He was great at staying in touch with me by text while the work was happening, and finished on schedule and right around the estimate.
I found Neil easy to deal with, he was very familiar with city inspectors, and ensure everything passed inspection the first time. The thing I appreciated most about him was that he showed up precisely when he said he would on multiple occasions. I never had to wait around for him once.
He's the only electrician I've ever dealt with, so can't say if he's better/worse than anyone else, but he was right on budget and on schedule, and everything has passed inspection.
