Landpol Landscaping

Before I hired Landpol to change the grass in front of my house I had contacted a number of landscape companies. The job was small, only 300 sq feet therefore more of the owners believed that it was not profitable even when their estimated cost was shocking high to me.
When I lost hope for a new grass the friend of mine introduced me to Bogdan, the owner of Landpol. I was very nice surprised when Bogdan agreed to help me. He assured me that there is no job to small and that everyone deserves to have a nice front yard. Bogdan provided me with a very professional and detailed estimate. He patiently explained what and how would be done. The estimated price was very reasonable and compared to the estimates from other companies contacted by me, offered the deepest level of digging and replacement of soil in addition to just changing the sod. Because it was the end of the season Bogdan suggested waiting a little longer and putting the new grass just before the winter. This sounded strange to me but I trusted Bogdan’s experience. My neighbors couldn't believe that I decided to change the grass in November especially that, two days later, the snow fell.
This spring I am the winner. Bogdan not only save me hours of watering the new grass, but also I can enjoy the most lavish and greenest front lawn in the neighbourhood. Thank you Bogdan for a great job.

Bogdan did an excellent job in the design and construction of the front of our house. He designed and constructed a flower bed, the entrance walkway, and 5 stone steps. He is a very congenial man with a lot of experience, artistic taste, and technical skills. I highly recommend him.

Bogdan designed a beautiful rounded patio in our backyard. He chose the colours and stone sizes carefully to build a very unique pattern that impeccably matched the colour of our home's brick as well as suit the general atmosphere of the backyard. He also outlined the patio with boulders and beautiful flowerbeds that gave the whole backyard a very natural feel. Bogdan was very friendly, listened carefully to our ideas and made sure that the design suited our needs at every step of the project. His quote was very reasonable and detailed so that there were no hidden or unexpected costs. It was a pleasure having Bogdan in our backyard and I would easily recommend his work to anyone looking to make their home the envy of the neighbourhood!

Bogdan created a curved walkway connecting the front yard
to the garden shed at the farthest corner of the backyard. This
was a very time sensitive project. This part of the work needed to be completed before work could begin on a pergola. The pathway that Bogdan created is practical for my wheelbarrow and pleasant looking for my guests as they arrive to share aglass of wine. All in all,
a most successful undertaking.

Bogdan transformed out existing backyard into a beautiful space. Not only did he do an exceptional job, but made many suggestions to alter our original copycat desing plan that made the project more tasteful and also saved us some money. He is a very hard working and vreliable professional with a great eye for design, who takes pride in his work. He will tell you the truth if your desing plan does have flows, even if that means lower contract or no contract at all for him. He is the only contractor who ever said to me: "The stones should be laid well enough that they would stay put for many many years". He was not afraid to give 10 years warranty, while other contractors working in the area at the time were only willing to give one year, if at all. After three years now, the stones stay put and they look beautiful and we recommend Bogdan to our neighbours to fix their landscaping problems. Thank you, Bogdan!
