The Pool Fill-in People did a wonderful job of filling-in our 41 year old pool. It was still in good shape, but the family wasnt using it and it was getting too much for me to maintain. In 4 days, Al and his crew had it filled-in and sodded with very little inconvenience to our family and surprisingly very little mess. To gain access to our backyard he had to use his backhoe to lift a very heavy shed to the front of the house down our very narrow driveway. It was very tight as my neighbor had recently installed a new 6 foot wood fence. Al has the equipment and staff to do a good job. He prides himself on his work. I recommend him and his crew for any kind of landscaping work.

Allan is very knowledgeable and not hard to tell he's been in doing this for years. He guided my husband and I through each step and addressed any concerns we had. Our backyard was transformed within days from a non-functioning eyesore of a pool, into a very nice landscaped usable yard. We also had Allan and his crew bring in natural armour stone and river rock to create some beautiful accents. A special thanks to his crew Sam, Keaton, and Colin for their tremendous hard work.

Allan, and his team, completed our project with the utmost of professionalism; explaining everything in detail and educating us throughout the process. The crew were all friendly and courteous. Allan and his crew filled in my very old gunite pool this past summer. Since it was impossible to access my pool via my property, they devised a way to use my neighbours yard in the least invasive way as possible. They completed the job in a timely manner despite the constraints of many rainy days. Both my neighbours and my yard were returned to original condition - except I had a brand new beautiful lawn!

I hired this company to fill in my pool in June 2016. The work was completed by a few young guys and the owner never came on site. The pool was filled in and within a few weeks we noticed considerable settling in what was the deep end. I called Allan, the owner, and he said that this was normal and they would be out to address the issue. They never came and by the fall he said by email that his equipment was broken and it would have to wait until next year. It has been nearly five years and my emails about this issue which includes a six to eight inch depression in the deep end and also the fact that the workers didn't remove the sand around the edge of the deep end of pool so grass doesn't grow there are ignored by the company. It doesn't seem like they have any intention of honouring the warranty they give you. I wouldn't hire these guys again. Very poor post completion service.
