We bought a new home and we wanted to do a whole home inspection the works. I actually found out about CLEARVIEW and Tom through this site and from the reviews he had. I went ahead and reached out, Tom got back to me right away, and booked time to come. He did a very good inspection kept me in the loop every step of the way. Detailed pictures, using thermal pictures as well, checked the roof and everything. Then explained all the key points and spots for improvements. Pointed out what was high medium and low priority changes. The part that sets him above others I would say is the ongoing contact and relationship where even after I received the detailed multiple page PDF report (very nice btw). When I had questions of new things that would come up or if I needed a recommendation for a trades person he was able to give multiple references which was a huge help saving me time and money.
I would highly recommend if you are in need of a good reasonable and quality home inspector look no further.
