We hired Tom based on the hundreds of reviews here on Homestars. He didn't disappoint. A total professional in every way. He showed up on time, had a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of home construction/maintenance, and was willing to answer as many questions as we could throw at him. Pictures of every item (no matter how small) which needed attention were provided in his 54 page summary at the end of the day.
