Stone Edge Snow Removal

I used Stone Edge for a few years. While generally snow removal was done in a timely manner, I was very unimpressed with the customer service and lack of communication. I addressed a serious issue with the company a number of times (violating a law) and never received the decency of even a phone call back despite several attempts and requests they call me back. And, he never stopped doing what he was doing.

For this reason alone, I switched service providers for this season and am much more satisfied with the quality of service. Stone Edge doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction or addressing the concerns of their clientele and for this reason alone they lost my business.
