After getting 4 quotes, I decided to have Hometech replace 4 windows in my home because Ilya, the salesman, took time to discuss the benefits of their windows in great detail. I found the price comparable with the other estimates.
Although customer service (Beverly and Lana) gave me a choice of dates for installation, they did not mention that all items should be cleared around the windows for quicker installation.
When Mickail, the installer, arrived to install the windows, he advised me it would take about 5 hours to replace the 4 windows and explained what he had to do. Mickail took extra care to cut shelving where required and assisted me with an extra window casing. Although installation took longer than expected, Mickail did a great job, explained how the windows worked and cleaned up every area before he left. I'm pleased with the new windows.
