Impressive service.Mark and Shawn kept me informed as they efficiently, as a team went to work to remove old hardware and install a new Lennox furnace. I felt like I had made a good choice on the company I had chosen. I'd like to thank them on a job well done. We feel we made a good investment in quality on all levels.

I just had a Lennox Energy Efficient furnace installed this weekend by Reliance The Furnace Company. Thank you Dave for sharing your knowledge and providing furnace options available for purchase and ensuring everything required to complete the job was included in the quoted price. The Technicians, Nolan and Aaron were efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, very customer oriented, and, went over all necessary operations with me before leaving. Thank you for a job well done and leaving a very clean site. I certainly would not hesitate to contact Reliance The Furnace Company in the future.

On February 7, 2012 I had Jamie and his crew from reliance The Furnace Company replace my aging furnace with a brand new high efficiency Lennox model.

Jamie was also the one who had previously done the in home estimate and had explained what needed to be done to bring everythign up to today's building codes and ensured that everything needed was included in the estimate.

On instalation day, Jamie showed up on time, put down runners everywhere he and his crew worked to protect my floors and worked solidly until about 6:30 pm that night to get the job done and cleaned up in one day. The instalation included some extra's such as instaling a chimeny liner and capping the chimeny even though the chimmeny was only used for the hot water tank which had nothing to do with the furnance install and should have been done by the other local company that had replaced the hot water tank back in April 2012.

The work done by Jamie and crew passed the city's inspection with no problems.

Overall I had an excellent, no surprises, exprience with Reliance The Furnace Company and would absolutley recommend them to anyone looking to have their furnace replaced.

Ross and Jamie installed this whole system over 2 days. I watched and asked questions as they worked, they were helpful, knowledgable and fun to deal with. The work is excellent and so is their work ethic. Ask for these two installer, you won't be dissappointed. Awesome job.

I purchased two (2) furnaces from Costco last Spring. Brent and Bryce installed them. They were very pleasant, efficient and professional. It was a two (2) day job and they had to do duct work as well as run the pipes for the condensate and installed a new hot water tank. The work was very clean and well done. We were very happy with the furnaces and the hot water tank. Then, in July the basement flooded. After much ado, I finally convinced the insurance company to allow me to purchase the same furnaces with the same warranties from Costco again. Because they still had all the information on file from the spring, no preliminary work needed to be done and the furnaces were ordered (from Costco) and installation was done within the week, with Reliance The Furnace Company doing all the work (thanks Sheryll). This time the installers were Mark I. and Mark S. They were just as pleasant, efficient and professional as Brent and Bryce. I must say that I will definitely be recommending this company to others, whether they are Costco customers or not.

Tyler and crew did a wonderful job. Install took two days. All old parts were removed and disposed. They worked constantly at the times they said they would and went over all necessary operations with me before leaving. Good job - thanks for leaving a clean site.

Jamie and his crew installed our A/C. We got a call in the morning letting us know that the crew was not able to make it until the afternoon.. but was asurred that they would be there today. The crew were very professional and Jamie was very knowledgeable.. We have a new home and some of the parts on our furnace and humidifier were not installed properly.. Jamie went beyond my expectations and fixed what could have been a potential problem in the future. He explained everything to me and my husband. And even told us where we could purchase filters for our humidifer.
Thank You Jamie for taking the time to correct things for us. We would use The Furnace company again in future, if the need arises.

Very professional, clean, from the initial inspection to the installation they were on time and answered all our questions. The installers cleaned up inside and out I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

I JUST had Central Air installed in my home this weekend. I am thrilled! Ryan with his team of Jordan and Dave were exceptional! They were knowledgable, efficient and very customer service oriented. They just did a fantastic job and I very much appreciate their due diligence! I am basking in cool-ness as we speak!

They came in provided several different options of furnace to purchase. Their installment was cheap and the furnace was good quality. When they Installed the furnace they where efficient, clean and very well manner. Their maintenance workers are very good.
