My water heater started leaking and I had water all over the floor. I called AirZone and they had someone come out within 2 hours to stop the water leaking out. They returned the next day to replace the water heater with a new one and even took care of getting my credit back for the old one. I live in Carleton Place and was really impressed with the speed and quality of the work done. I would recommend Airzone to all my friends.

The workers arrived on schedule, completed the work quickly and professionally, and cleaned the worksite when the had finished. The two installers were proficient and personable and were good ambassadors for their company.

It was very good and they were efficient. They did a very good job. We were happy with the product and service they provided for us. I would definitely recommend them.

The guys are great. They are clean and professional. They tidy up. I don't have to worry about my wife and small children when I’m getting the furnace worked on. I have recommended them to several friends and family.

They’re great. The guys were good, professional, not a problem. Something went wrong at the beginning. They came immediately and I was very pleased with the work that they did. I would definitely recommended.

They installed a furnace, a new hot water tank and an air conditioning unit. The guys were nice and the job was a good price. They made a mess of the carpet downstairs. They also briefly took off our grounding wire and that blew our exterior GFI. They forgot to reground it. They burnt one of our plugs. They did a couple of extra holes in the walls as well. They paid to have it painted over and fixed so I think they try to make good where they’ve done wrong.

All of a sudden, it sounded like a jack hammer was placed against the house and I thought someone was trying to break in through the wall. Searched desperately to find where it was coming from which lead to the basement. Turned out to be the furnace. Tried to isolate the problem hoping it might be a DIY. Sound was coming from the vent fan and reverberating throughout the ducting of the house. No wonder it was so loud. Too many wires so I thought better call a professional.

Response was quick and the service well done. However, I felt a bit gouged on the price. Given the severity of the problem they seem to think they can charge what they want. Just the part was $425+. It just a vent fan for Pete's sake. Sheesh! At first I was told it would be a flat rate, and then the billing was change to hourly because the furnace was an older model. What? Since when did a new furnace require emergency repairs? All the emergencies would happen on older equipment, no? The service was done during normal hours too.

Anyhow, furnace was online and emergency resolved. Be prepared to pay big bucks with these guys though :-(

Showed up on time and fixed a dirty flame sensor in within minutes of opening the furnace. The service person was nice and personable. Did not leave a mess behind.

Sent inexperienced apprentice who had to be coached by phone for entire service call, forgot one filter, charged for travel time. Charged the full rate for this call and came almost two hours late.
