We had a roof installed a couple of years ago by Imperial Roofs. They did an excellent job! During the recent windstorm, however, one of our shingles blew off. When we contacted them, they were inundated with people who had severe damage so we waited until a bit of time had passed before contacting them again. When we did, Stephan came out the very same day, inspected our roof for further damage and completed the repair for no charge. We were struck by how honest he was and how much he wanted to make sure that his customers were safely looked after following the storm. We would definitely recommend Imperial Roofs to anyone needing a new roof!

Great people to deal with all around. Professional, courteous, friendly. Provided lots of options for shingles, vents, etc, but didn’t try to upsell. Our roof required a bit of carpentry to fix some sagging, which they were able to do at a reasonable cost. Roof was done in a day, and property was left clean.

These guys set the standard that all contractors should aim to meet. Imperial came highly recommended, and we’ll be referring them to our friends and family.

It was a pleasure to work again with Stephan , as I had hired him twice previously to fix my wind damaged original roof.

Most roofers I interviewed provided me with one quote and maybe 1-2 selections of shingles to choose from. Stephan was the only one who not only provided the most competitive quote, he also provided me with the best selection on shingles based on our budget and the look we wanted for our house. We wanted to go premium on a product but not to the point that it will break the bank. Stephan gave me an excellent recommendation on colour and selection and needless to say, my house looks amazing.

The crew lead was great to deal with and he even took the time to take down some old wires that were hanging from the wall/roof and I did not get to. Small details like that count for a lot in customer service and in referring this company to others.

They actually installed our roof in 2008. I don't think Homestars was around at that time. Over the past 10 years, not only am I happy with their work, their subsequent service calls were prompt and cost was very reasonable. Some of my shingles have fallen after a major storm. I called them and they came by on the very next day and fixed it. I truly believe that if you hire them to install your roof, you will be well looked after for life.

Had my new roof and gutters done last November, 2017. So far so good considering the weather we have had. No lost shingles during the wind storm and no leaks during the ice storm. When I called the first time in October for a quote, what I loved most about this company is that I didn't have to go to voice mail to leave a message, I spoke to someone right away, I think it was Stephan, owner of the company. He told me that he would have someone come by to give me a quote, he told me the name of the person, George. George called me back the very same day and came that day to discuss our concerns and gave us a quote. I was impressed that George took his time with us to answer all our questions and not once did we ever feel rushed. So I had good vibes and decided to go with Imperial Roofs. I had to wait 2-3 weeks, as they had prior commitments to other customers, and they were bang on, they arrived when they said that they would. So, on the day of the job, the workers were all at my house 8:00 a.m. sharp! I tell you, none of them came off the roof until the job was completed. Cleanup was also amazing, as I have two dogs, so was nervous about nails being left behind. Kudos to those workers. They also replaced rotten wood instead of being lazy and shingling over them. After having a bad experience with the roofer before, I was kind of hesitant and nervous to have my roof redone again. But wowie, what an amazing job done on the roof and gutters. Also to note Stephan the owner, came by on a couple of occasions and also helped out. Imperial Roofs was a pleasant experience and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Imperial Roofs gave me the quote right away, was very honest about what I needed and installed my new roof in the desired time frame at a very reasonable price.

I used Imperial Roofs 6 yrs ago to redo the roof. The price was not the cheapest, but very competitive, and worth it for the service received. Stephan is very responsive for quoting and setting up the work. His crew came in the morning and were done that afternoon - everything was protected and cleaned up.
Then, during the windstorm of 110kph winds on May 4 2018, I had a couple of rows of shingles come off - on my street, every 2 of 3 homes had damage, almost all far worse than mine. I called on Saturday, Stephan responded, gave a quick quote (cheapest of 3) and despite how busy he must have been, came and completed job by Monday.

Had my roof done 10 years ago and after the last 2 wind storms alot of the shingles blew off both times. When I looked at the shingles that blew off, the tape were not removed from the back for the tar strip to adhere properly. When I tried to call them no one answers or rertuns my phone calls.
