Imperial Roofs was recommended to us by our new neighbour when we moved in because Imperial had provided their roof and that of a couple other neighbours (!) recently at a good price with excellent workmanship. We got a quote from Mike that was very reasonable and, after getting a couple more quotes, booked the job with Imperial.
The team was excellent. They came in right on time, set up tarps all over the property to protect plants and lawns, worked diligently, also worked with my other contractor to get a new bathroom vent installed correctly along with the new roof, finished mid afternoon and cleaned up the site to the point you could hardly tell they were there.
A couple of falling shingles from the roof removal had inadvertently damaged a couple of my window screens and Imperial immediately came by, took the screens away, replaced the screen material and reinstalled the screens. No hassles, no questions, quick turnaround.
I really couldn't be happier with the service and have already recommended them to friends, who used them and were also very happy with the workmanship and pricing. I will continue to recommend Imperial to friends with confidence.
