Ceramic Tile, Trim, Install Doors & some drywall
On our second day of our Mexico vacation a prospective renter wanted a commercial space we had for lease that was not totally completed, and he wanted it ASAP!
We called Final Cut Renovating to see if they could get this job done.
There was still a huge mess in this unit from the dry walling, all of our own tools. a large desk that needed removing and general clean up that we planned on doing when we returned from our vacation. The drywall was almost finished but the floors, trim and doors were not installed yet.
Final Cut not only started right away but had to pick out the tile and other supplies for us, they had to clean up the mess including a trip to the dump. The job was finished in just a few days which included massive clean up, tiling a 700 sq. ft space, trimming with tile, installing doors and touching up drywall.
Our new tenant was so pleased with their work and how they handled themselves that he wanted them to put up some interior walls for offices. Unfortunately, he waited too long for his decision and they had to go on to other jobs.
Brayden and Dustin from Final Cut Renovating were very professional, well-organized, showed themselves to be resourceful (since we were not there to instruct them) and capable to do a job in a certain time frame. Their quote was more than fair and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
