Clogged drain from washing machine

The drain was not clearing the water from the washing machine and overflowing the pipe. Rick took the time to flush the line and auger in order to get the water flowing again. He was friendly and efficient and, even though I said I would clean up, he wiped up the mess. So thankful to have the drain working again:)
