Between the time Stuart came in with an estimate and the time of install was just a mater of days ,then his crew came in and did the install of a new furnace and air conditioner within a couple of hours. I much appreciated the quick course on how to maintain my new system.

We had a great experience with Stuart and his crew. They showed up in the morning by 715 and were gone by 12:15. They tested the equipment put in a new thermostat and also toured me the new furnace, air conditioner and thermostat. They left the house spotless. A fun crew. Lots of laughs. Had Stuart and his crew here for a new furnace and AC installation. Stuart actually showed up a day or 2 before our scheduled quote meeting (which is rare-some don't even show up). They did a great job,very professional! Respected my house and laid runners for their dirty shoes. Thoroughly tested their work and left the house spotless and even had my old furnace and ac unit taken away for me. Highly recommended Stuart and his crew!

Dietrich of Ontario Home Care was superb. I called in the evening and he was here the next day. With his years service experience, he is very knowledgeable. He found the problem very quickly and had the AC up and running in no time.
He was more than reasonable and very fair because he didn't charge for the service call. It was one of the many reasons why when we needed a furnace and AC 10 years ago that we bought from him and had him install the furnace and AC.
I would highly recommend him and Ontario Home Care for all your Sales and Service needs.

I have had a furnace and two AC units install by Ontario Home Care Heating and Air Conditioning and have had great service and products. I have never had any professional tradesman like Stuart reply so quickly to a request for a service call. Today, even after 4 years after install, Stuart came and charged up my system and will replace the coil if loss of pressure continues. Ontario Home Care is the best. ron latulippe
