Main floor reno
We came upon Monarch by walking into the store to look around. Immediately we were greeted and introduced to Sarah as the Designer and the rest is history, so they say. Sarah provided us with a design for our main floor including full kitchen, wine and coffee bar. We decided to go ahead and from there we met the trades people who all arrived on time and were wonderful to deal with. Randy's attention to detail was "over the top". He was able to fix any small issues by building around them. Everyone was so pleasant to deal with. Neil arrived to check on the progress and to answer all our questions. We did not expect this reno to be as easy and as beautiful as it is. We heard about numerous nightmare kitchen renos, but we have nothing but praise about Monarch and would recommend them highly.

Home Renovation
Monarch renovated our Kitchen and Main Bathroom in 2020/2021 we were so pleased with the work they did we had them return in 2023/2024 to renovate the basement with new flooring, box in the duct work add pocket doors to a family room, drop ceiling in a hall way and convert the old laundry room to a Shower Room. We also had upgrades done to the kitchen counters and sink. Neil and his crew were very easy to talk to, very professional and accommodating.

Kitchen Reno
We recently had Monarch Kitchen and Bath do a complete down to the studs renovation in our 44-year- old galley kitchen. In January 2020 we had visited Monarch as well as 4 other places. As we had just walked in off the street, we didnt really know what to expect. However, one of the designers, Chantal, spent 45 minutes with us despite not having any commitment on our part yet. We knew they were the ones we wanted to work with. None of the other places we visited had employees that showed as much interest or enthusiasm as Chantal. COVID interrupted our plans, and we had to put off doing anything until the summer of 2023 when our 22-year-old oven let us know that we couldnt depend on it much longer. We reached back out to Chantal and she guided us through the designing and decision-making phases professionally, competently and enthusiastically. We took our time and never felt pressured or rushed. Chantal just seemed to know how we thought, and after several design and planning sessions we were on our way to having the kitchen we wanted. From start to finish, Neil (the owner and project manager) had his crew of people work diligently to make it all happen. We received a schedule of events and projected dates, and as each event took place, a revised schedule was made available to us. The dedication and attention to detail every step of the way had us grinning from ear to ear each day. Any concerns or inquiries we had were promptly addressed by e-mail or phone call. Thank you to Neil, Chantal, Susanne, Scott, Dave and the professional tradespeople for doing a great job. We highly recommend Monarch and if we ever need any more renovations done (maybe a bathroom), we will look no further than Monarch Kitchen and Bath. Valerie and Bob

Complete Kitchen Remodel
After having a large main floor/kitchen remodel with walls taken out & kitchen relocated, we would highly recommend Monarch Kitchen, Bath & Home. All contractors used by Monarch are first class & do a fantastic job. Working with their designer Chantal, she created a beautiful kitchen, while keeping within our budget. Neil, the owner, was on the job site for daily check-ins & was always available by phone. Overall a great experience, as stress-free as possible, would highly recommend & would use their company in the future. Thanks Monarch for such a great job. Linda & Nick in Pickering, ON

Kitchen Renovation
We found Monarch on Homestars and they lived up to the great reviews. They exceeded our expectations in every way. They happily accommodated us at every opportunity and our kitchen looks amazing. Communication and customer service were top priorities. We want to say a big thank you to our designer Sarah who was a pleasure to work with and brought our vision to life. Scott kept things on track and made sure our project was completed before we went on vacation. Ryan was a pleasure to work with and came every day to put it all together seamlessly with incredible attention to detail. The quality of workmanship and materials was outstanding. Lastly, thanks to Neil for putting together such a great team of people and always being available. We are very happy with the end result of a more beautiful and functional kitchen, and of the process that made it happen. If you are looking for a kitchen reno Monarch is your place to go.

Main floor renovation
Monarch Kitchens and Bath recently completed a main floor renovation at our 2 story home in Ajax The renovation included taking down a wall between kitchen and dining room and extending the kitchen. Renovation also included reconfiguring the laundry room, bathroom and fireplace re-do and all the trim and doors. The results are spectacular. We started working with their designer in 2019 and went through many iterations of plans. She was incredibly patient with us as we went back and forth. In the end she created the perfect layout and plan. Each trades person, who Monarch brought in to complete the work, was professional and a pleasure to deal with. The main tradesperson, who was here everyday is a fantastic and skilled person. We cannot thank him enough. We had a fantastic experience with Monarch and would recommend Neil and his team to anyone.

Kitchen Renovation
Our kitchen renovation by Monarch is amazing - not just beautiful, but extremely functional (i.e. counter space, appliance placement, sink placement, cabinet type and placement, etc.). The materials and workmanship are top notch, and perhaps even more impressive is the support we continue to get from Monarch even years after the renovation (e.g. replacement parts on warranty).

Custom Kitchen design and installation
If you are looking to have a custom, high-quality renovation, please consider the Monarch team. From beautiful and practical design to the finished product, the whole process was great, and everything was completed on time and within the specified budget. Every member of the team was fantastic to deal with. We love cooking in our new custom kitchen every day!

Kitchen Renovation
I LOVE my kitchen! When I decided to replace my old kitchen with the kitchen of my dreams I did what everyone else does contact several companies to get quotes and ideas. In the end, my decision to go with Monarch Kitchen and Bath was a no brainer. Working with Chantal, the designer I worked with during the design process was amazing personable, got to know me and my family, our needs, our budget and flex, etc. She understood my vision and most importantly, my budget and always worked within it. She was honest, amazing to work with and always answered my questions and worked around my crazy work schedule. Monarch Kitchen and Bath was the right decision for me because I didnt have to worry about anything from start to finish. They handled it all from design, to help with appliances and accessories, managing electrical work all of it! I just had to sit back and watch the kitchen of my dreams get built. Thank you Chantal, Neil, Susanne and Scott for making me fall deeper in love with my home!

Renovations - Kitchen and two Bathrooms
Sarah, Neil, Scott and their teams of professionals are just that, professionals. They take great pride in their work and it is definitely reflected in the finished product! Communication was top-notch, prompt, clear and concise. All work was discussed and described in detail before commencement and all changes were explained fully and completely. The contractors were fastidious and took great care in the work they did. We highly recommend Monarch Kitchen Bath and Home!
