Kimberly knows design and colors. She worked with us throughout. The trades people were exceptional, on time, and clean and tidy. Kimberly explained the entire process thoroughly until we were comfortable. She said what her and her team would do and then they did it. No surprises and no disappointments. Bought a condo w/ laminate floozing installed by this company. Under the appliances, the floor was stopped anywhere from 5 inches to a foot from the walls. Spaces where not used so our floor seperates each winter.

Dave at All Floors was great at providing us with options and making sure we understood the differences in the products and installation options. Dave showed up on the first day to make sure the installers had the right instructions and followed up to make sure everything was okay.
The installers, Myles and Tony, were terrific! They explained what they were going to do before they did it, they noticed some issues with floor level and fixed the problem, and they were great around the kids. I really felt that they were installing our floor as if it was their own. The grout lines are all even and the installation has great continuity between the different rooms.
I would highly recommend All Floors and the installers that they provided for this type of job.

After having waited months for our carpets to be installed by another company, Dave at All Floors came to our rescue. He was helpful, quick and provided superior quality carpet for less. The installation was done excellently and the 1 minor repair was done quickly and to our satisfaction. They moved all the large furniture and returned it to its rightful place. We moved the small stuff which made the install quick and easy. I would highly recommend them as a full service flooring company.

They have poor installers didn't finish the job left a mess and broke property. Than put the final payment through before job was complete . Please look for another contractor

We dealt with Rachel, who was very honest, helpful, personable and knowledgeable. Pierre, the installer, did an excellent job. After 2 years, we are still very happy with all aspects of the product and the service we received.

We recently hired All Floors to rip out and replace the existing carpet on our stairs and second floor. Rachel El Hamamsy was very helpful and professional in determining style and colour of carpet we should choose. The installers were punctual, polite and worked very hard to get everything completed in just one day. We are very happy with our new carpets and would definitely use All Floors again.
