In 2019, we competitively retained THE DECK STORE (Oakville) as our supplier for a 600 sq. foot deck to be built with a PVC decking and a lighted glass perimeter railing. We found their pricing, accuracy of delivery and in-store advice to be erroneous and frequently unreliable; to the point that we had to halt doing further business with THE DECK STORE (Oakville) prior to the completion of our project. We recommend that you carefully check EVERY aspect twice.
