Lock Installation

We had All City Locks install a lock for us 4 years ago. They went on about how great the product was (Multi-Lock) and how we shouldn't need another lock for more than 10 years. Recently, the key snapped in the lock and when we called them to come out, they were too booked up to send someone over and we were locked out of our house, so we had to call another locksmith to get us in. In fact, they went as far as to say that it was "impossible" that a key could snap in this lock. Then when we followed up to find out about replacing this fabulous lock and what the parts warranty was; the person on the phone laughed and said "it's one year" and went on to get irate and defensive and used profane language and hung up the phone after we questioned it and were asking what could be done without having to fork out another 500 dollars to get a new lock. They were very arrogant and I would not call them.
