Easy Move

Toronto

Each move is different. There are unforseen challenges, hurdles and sometimes mistakes. How a company handles the issues that arise, sets it apart from the others. Sure, you could get a couple of guys off the internet to haul your stuff. Or you could hire Cargo Cabbie and their team will go out of their way to make sure your move goes smooth and if it doesn't they will not rest until they get it right.
As a repeat client, I cannot thank Javier, Kate and the rest of the team enough. They not only take the time to listen but the owner Javier personally came over to make sure that we were satisfied with the move.
If every company I have ever dealt with took a page from their book, I assure you, the world would change for the best!

Easy Move

I have used their service twice. I have recommended them to family and friends. However, after the damage done to my desk in their last move and Javier from Cargo Cabbie promising to fix it (still waiting to hear back seven days on, when I was promised a call back with arrangements to have their furniture guy come and fix the issue), they have lost my custom and trust.
I would have ignored the damage if Javier had kept his word and called back to arrange the appointment with his furniture guy. However, after the initial call, I never heard back and for this, I cannot recommend them any more.
Mistakes happen and some damage is expected in a move. What makes the difference is how a company handles it and they really dropped the ball by promising to look after it and never calling back to resolve the issue despite claiming to fix it in the first and only phone call.
