CargoCabbie.ca was excellent in his customer service, professionalism and in carefully handling my newly bought sofa. At time of ordering, I indicated to him the number of flights (3) and the non-existence of an elevator and he gave me a fair price. On the morning of the event, he even called to confirm his arrival time and showed up as promised.
When the sofa was delivered to my house, he was kind enough in trying assist me in moving my existing sofa down the stairs. It didn't make it down as the stairs to my bungalow are too narrow - but at least he gave it a good effort.
I have passed his name onto family who are in need of similar services.
Without a doubt, I will use him again.
