I expressed my concern with providing detailed credit card info over the phone and canceled the order. This is a huge red flag as no company should be requesting customer credit card information over the phone. This is a huge security risk for any person looking to use their service, and the company seemingly does not seem to prioritize good business practice by having in place a secure methods for customers to provide their payment information.

I am sorry you feel this way. Like other companies that provide equipment on a rental basis, we do require a credit card on file in order to dispatch the bins. Since we started this company 12 years ago, we have never had any issues with security and have always taken the upmost precaution with our client's information.
