Excellent technician. Very professional and a really good guy! The charges were a little bit more than I anticipated, but I do not really know the market all that well and you get what you pay for. Overall I was very happy with the service and will certainly use you again.

Alex from DS Plumbing arrived right on time to fix our kitchen faucet which had stopped working. He fixed it quickly, double checked to make sure it was working right, and explained what the problem was. He was very kind and courteous about the whole thing, and I would be glad to see him again if I have another plumbing problem!

While my problem was a relatively small and simple one (broken shower faucet), Alex was prompt, efficient, and very courteous. His arrival, diagnosis of the problem, replacement of the part, and departure all occurred within thirty minutes. Thank you!

Absolutely love the service from DS plumbing from start to finish for the problem we had! Nancy should be the poster person for great customer service! If the other plumbers at DS are anywhere near as good and amiable as Alex then you have got a great resource in your company employees. We are very appreciative of the time you took to find the right fix for our problem and keeping us updated on the status along the way. Oh and we love that you make a donation to charitable organizations and giving us the choice!
