The quality of work provided by Dermak for our basement renovation was excellent. Derek was very easy to work with, knowledgeable, well organized, worked within budget, and was very helpful through the permit process.

We used Dermack for a complete kitchen renovation. Our floors were replaced with sand and finish hardwood on our entire main level of our home, kitchen redesigned with new cabinets installed, complete with new backsplash. Dermack handled all plumbing and electrical needs, project managed our renovation from start to finished. We absolutely love our new kitchen and are now moving to two bathroom renovations using Dermack and know we can count on them for a high quality renovation.

Derek put in a new tile floor and tile around tub/shower. He also put in a new vanity, mirror and toilet. Derek's estimates were thorough, detailed and very reasonable. He provided high quality workmanship and careful attention to details. He is very experienced and knowledgeable in bathroom renovations. We appreciated his recommendations along the way to ensure the job was done right! He was easy to work with, open and flexible with any changes/additions we chose to make to our project along the way - very professional! He cleaned up each day before leaving never leaving a mess. He was good about keeping us up to date with his progress and showed up when he'd say he would. He takes his time and doesn't rush - takes pride in his work! We were very pleased with Derek and the reno he did for us and loved the end result! We wouldn't hesitate to have Derek back to do another renovation for us!
