I had a screen wall added to my existing deck in Aug./18. Since day 2, it has considerable leaks from the roof and under walls. Installers came back on day 2 to caulk but it only remedied a few leaks. A customer service rep did the same after he himself said he “noted many deficiencies” in Oct/18...and more leaks since. He stated that he would think on resolutions for problems and come back in spring 2019. One roof panel then buckled in Jan/19 and I had to pay independent roofers to come and remove snow as warm winter days it leaked big time...and continues to leak full buckets full every rainfall to date. I have sent over 20 emails, calls, photos of damage to Suncoast ...I was assured it would be remedied in the spring. It is now nearly one year and NO ONE has been out in 2019 as promised. I am frustrated with no customer service action, tired of emptying 12 buckets and looking at an ugly shower
curtain on one end to try and impede rain...and sincerely hoping to save the next consumer future headaches!
I have only paid the deposit...withholding the payment balance until all issues are rectified to my complete satisfaction.
